Space Availability - West Linn Public Library

**Make sure you scroll down to the bottom and click through each page until your reservation is submitted. If you do not receive a confirmation email, you did not complete the reservation process.**

The library has four pods and one large event space that may be reserved. Recurring requests are not normally accepted so we can keep spaces available for library programs and other patrons.

Please read the entire policy for the space before submitting your reservation request. Activities in the Community Room and the pods must not be disruptive to others in the building. Spaces must be left in the same condition in which they were found, including the placement of chairs and tables.

General Guidelines

  • Patrons must have a valid LINCC library card in good standing to make a reservation.
  • Spaces are only available during regular library hours. They must be empty and clean at least 15 minutes prior to closing.
  • Due to high demand, reservations cannot exceed two hours in length.
  • Patrons are limited to one reservation per day.
  • Reservation requests may be submitted up to 28 days in advance.
  • Rooms and pods will be held for no more than 15 minutes after the start of the reservation.

Pods

  • Please read the entire Pod Use Policy before submitting your reservation request. (NOTE: Starting November 14, 2025 the Trillium Room is no longer available to reserve.)
  • The Otto Pod and Owl Pod are intended for individual use with a maximum capacity of one person. These are a perfect space for quiet study, Zoom meetings, or focused work. The pods each feature a small table, seat, electrical outlet, and WiFi, and can accommodate only one person.

Community Room

  • Please read the entire Community Room Policy before submitting your reservation request.
  • The room features 8 tables, 35 chairs, a ceiling-mounted projector with HDMI & VGA inputs for laptop connections, and WiFi.
  • The Community Room can only be reserved by an adult age 18 or older who must be present at the meeting or event.
  • This room is intended for larger events and presentations. Those seeking space for small meetings should place a request for the Trillium Room.
  • Make sure to include set-up and clean-up time in your reservation request.
  • If you wish to use any of the AV equipment, you must make an appointment to come in before your event for training on how to use it.
  • Organizations may serve light refreshments, but must dispose of all food and trash after the event.
  • The room is not currently available for private functions, such as parties, showers, and celebrations.
