Fitness: Move Well Yoga with Wendy Bless In-Person
Move Well Yoga offers a unique slow-paced class of gentle movements open to all levels, modifications offered, mostly floor poses, and some standing. Wendy combines yoga and mobility development in a unique teaching style designed to move the body, increase range of motion, improve joint health, and prevent injury. Yoga mats and blocks are available for use, or you can bring your own! Taught by Wendy Bless, Certified Yoga Instructor & FRC Mobility Specialist.
Restrictions:
Registration is restricted to one fitness class at a time, duplicate registrations for other fitness classes will be canceled. This is a single introductory class, this is not a recurring class. The library's fitness classes are meant to provide opportunities for community members to learn about new fitness programs, and try a single session to determine if this program is right for them. You may enroll in weeks long fitness classes through the West Linn Parks & Rec. Scholarships for financial assistance are available for West Linn residents. Please review the Scholarship Policy and Application Form for more detail. This class is for adults (18 years and older).
